• CTC evaluated a business recovery strategy and plan for a medium sized communications enterprise. When we assessed the process, we recommended changes that reduced the annual cost by more than $ 1.2 million.
• Our principal consultant designed and managed the implementation of the business recovery plan for the financial and employee services processing of a large diversified media company. This plan produced an immediate successful recovery when required on 9/11/2001.
• CTC assisted two large non-profit organizations in selecting new mission critical fund raising software.
• Our principal consultant implemented a new strategy for an (ERP) enterprise resource planning system which saves a Fortune 500 company over $ 5 million annually.
• In litigation regarding a software development contract, the CTC expert witness provided the IT understanding to the attorneys that led to a favorable settlement before trial.
